Today was my birthday, and I had a really nice day! It was raining in the morning, but it cleared up and was sunny in the afternoon, which I take as a good luck sign.
I had my first driving lesson this morning, and it was really fun! I'm looking forward to learning more!
My mom spent a lot of time making me a matcha cheesecake for my birthday! It was so pretty and so delicious, I'm so grateful that she would put so much time and effort into it for me!
After we had the cake, I asked my family to go out with me to look for the International Space Station. I took them outside to see the flyover, and it was amazing, just like it is every time! I truly believe the skies parted at just this time so I would be able to see it on my birthday. It's like my version of a shooting star to wish upon, I suppose. Let my dreams be carried off into the starry sky above...
I recorded a cloud time-lapse today too! You can see the skies part before it got dark, even though it had been raining so much and the clouds came back the next day.
Good night, everyone. Take care of yourselves.
